There are so many better options out there now. Every time you turn around you have to add something new on as a service and before you know it, you might as well have utilized a different system. This is the third business, as a VA that I have setup on square and it's always a mess and no one ever knows how to help. How exactly do I know more than their supposed specialists. I got onto chat with 4 different people, got onto the phone with 2 different people and they couldn't even figure out where my "item pages" were. So there's basically a loophole to create these and then you cant undo it. We upgraded to premium appointments and somehow we were able to add "featured menu items" to the site when this is a restaurants option not appointments and then we couldn't delete what was created at menu items under featured menu items because we dont even have access to that feature until you add it as a section to the site. Transactions that were pending-I lost that money!(they had to be refunded- I don’t know how to contact those customers so that money is gone) The balance on my account won’t be given to me for 3 months!!! If you have some concerns what would you let me even charge people and then hold my money(because that’s after you already got your fee, you crooks!)Ībsolutely awful support. I insisted and she said she will connect me with one, puts me on hold and hangs up on me. So I asked to speak with supervisor- she said that they won’t tell me anything. And she wouldn’t give me any reasons or information. ?!?!? I told her looks like you didn’t know what’s wrong with my account so you deactivated it!?!? No, no that’s not me. I’m checking my email and received an email 1 minute ago saying that my account was deactivated-no reason and that decision is final. Finally she told me that my account was deactivated and check my email. She put me on hold few time while looking for what’s wrong. So I called them, explain the situation and lady told me that my account looks fine and all my documents were accepted. We’re available by phone from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 GMT. For account issues that require additional assistance from Square, our Square Customer Success team can assist you with your Square account. Then my withdrawals were blocked again and again I received the same email saying that they need more information about my business. Next day did few more transactions, even opened checking account with them. Couple of days later I called, they said everything was fine, my documents were reviewed and accepted. I answered 20 questions submitted business license, invoice, some other documents. Then they blocked my withdraws and send me an email that they need more information about my business-fair. Did couple of transactions-they were accepted (they charge their fee)-fine. I had horrible experience with square! I open account to charge for driving services.
